Responsibilities:

Record and track company expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and projections

Support invoice creation, payment follow-ups, and vendor tracking

Coordinate with accountants for compliance and taxation tasks

Skills Required:

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, basic charts)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding of basic accounting or financial principles

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is a plus

2. Legal Intern (Optional)

Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Unpaid (Certification & Job Opportunity Post Completion)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting NDAs, contracts, and MoUs for clients, vendors, and interns

  • Research legal obligations related to business, IT services, and e-learning

  • Maintain legal documentation and update compliance checklists

  • Support data privacy and intellectual property efforts

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of contract law, IT law, and business regulations

  • Research and legal drafting skills

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle sensitive legal content

  • Law student in 3rd year or above preferred
