Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening intern applications and shortlisting candidates

  • Schedule interviews, send offer letters, and maintain onboarding documents

  • Keep intern attendance, performance records, and update the HR database

  • Support employee engagement activities and policy updates

Skills Required:

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Clear communication (email & verbal)

  • Familiarity with Google Forms, Sheets, or any HR tools (preferred)

  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information


2. Admin/Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize physical/digital files, resources, and supplies

  • Coordinate internal team meetings, calendars, and logistics

  • Assist in documentation, data entry, and task tracking

  • Support basic office management and communication between teams

Skills Required:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace)

  • Time management and multitasking abilities

  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
