  • LMS & Training Portal Development

All service scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in official proposals or

 agreements shared with the client before project initiation.

3. 💳 Payments & Invoicing

  • Project charges are agreed upon before commencement.

  • Payment may be split into phases (e.g., 50% advance, 50% on delivery).

  • For recurring services (marketing, hosting, LMS), monthly or annual subscription fees apply.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or penalties.

4. 📄 Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, graphics, and materials created by Codexa Labs are owned by Codexa until full payment is made.

  • Once paid, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Reuse or resale of project components requires written permission.

5. 🔐 Data & Confidentiality

  • We respect your data privacy. Any sensitive information shared will be kept confidential and only used for project execution.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

6. 📦 Deliverables & Revisions

  • All deliverables will be defined in the proposal.

  • Minor revisions are typically included (usually 2-3 rounds). Excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional charges.

  • Delivery timelines depend on client feedback, material submission, and scope complexity.

7. 🧾 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, especially for design, custom development, and marketing services.

  • If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, a proportionate amount will be retained to cover work completed.

8. 🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • Resell our intellectual property without permission.

  • Misrepresent yourself or misuse our platforms.

9. 🛡 Limitation of Liability

Codexa Labs shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
